Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place your unworn items back into their original packaging, including the shoebox, and secure them inside a shipping box with the printed return label attached to the outside.
- 3.Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking number to monitor the return status.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
